General objective: Improving the professional capacity of the medical staff involved in the implementation of priority health programs at national and local level, by providing professional training programs and participation in the exchange of good practices in the field of medical genetics. The objectives of the project, established in accordance with the objectives of the Human Capital Operational Programme 2014-2020, support the promotion of social inclusion, combating poverty and any forms of discrimination through access to a quality education and training system, stimulating employment, especially for young people, reducing poverty and social exclusion by facilitating access to social and health services and the specific objective, by encouraging the participation of eligible medical personnel, in quality training, supported by professionals in the field and the opportunity to improve theoretical and practical skills in the targeted sector.
