The general objective of the project is to develop the competencies of the employees who are part of the target group of the project through professional training activities, using new methods, practices and techniques of management and human resources management, with a direct positive impact on the company’s activity. The target group is made up of persons occupying management positions and employees of the human resources department. They will benefit from the stimulation and development of professional skills, namely the improvement of managerial, entrepreneurial and human resources management skills through access to new learning and working tools, methods, practices etc. The project will allow the professional training of 137 people and will contribute, in the context of the current dynamics of the labour market, generated by retrofitting, increasing competitiveness and customer needs to adapt the employees to the new professional requirements and to the awareness of the benefits of continuous professional training, which is an important factor in the process of improving the knowledge and skills of the employees. In achieving the general objective of the project, circumscribed to POCU AP 3/PI 8.v/OS 3.8"Increasing the number of employees benefiting from new tools, methods, practices, etc., human resources management and improved working conditions in order to adapt the activity to the dynamics of economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to the NCS, will benefit from professional training 100 managers and 37 employees of the human resources department. They will improve their qualification level as a result of graduating courses tailored to the needs of occupied posts, respecting the horizontal themes regarding the principles of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, promoting equality between women and men and promoting sustainable development support. The application of the knowledge acquired by the target group will generate the following positive effects in the long term: — At target group level: improving entrepreneurial and managerial skills, increasing professional performance, etc.; At company level: implementing innovative work organisation models, adapting the participants’ activity to the dynamics of economic sectors, according to SNC and SNCDI, developing and implementing practices that ensure the performance of employees in the workplace, implementing prospective planning mechanisms of competencies (staff influence, necessary specialisations, retirement forecasts, etc.) and developing career development plans with a focus on eliminating mismatches between skills, skills and knowledge of workers and those necessary in the perspective of adapting to change.
