The general objective of the project is to implement a package of integrated social inclusion measures, combating poverty and any form of discrimination, for the Roma community of Cheud, Sălaj county and for 510 people. Through this project, the aim is to address the needs identified in the Roma in Cheud in an integrated and multidimensional way, so that project interventions break the vicious circle of inconsistency in the implementation of social integration measures, reduce social exclusion, poverty and discrimination. Thus, through the intervention with integrated measures/services, adapted to the individual needs of the community members, the project will achieve its goal and positive effects at individual and group/community level, will be measurable and visible in the long term. The project will contribute to the achievement of the specific objective of the programme and call, precisely through the multidimensional, specific, coherent and integrated approach to the individual indetified needs; the areas of intervention integrated in Cheud are: — raising the level of education by providing the program "Second Chance. The long-term positive effect will be that the completion of the studies will meet the conditions of access to vocational training and employment in a qualified form; access to support services for finding and retaining a job, including vocational training. The positive long-term effect, on the one hand, will be that the Roma in Cheud will have the skills, skills, knowledge and skills necessary to access and maintain employment and economic independence by having the status of active person in the internal labour market and on the other hand the dependence on social benefits will be low; economic independence through entrepreneurship including among Roma women; — access to quality social and medical services. Through the existence of services in the community will ensure a better approach to individual needs and respectively integration into society; — identifying solutions for the legal transition of the properties occupied by the target group and passing into legality. The effect of the legal changeover will have a bearing on housing safety and the percentage of households that do not own the dwelling at national level will be low; — improvement of housing conditions; The positive effect will be that as a result of the project’s housing intervention, the Roma from Cheud will live in conditions beneficial to health, family safety and human dignity; interventions to combat discrimination.
