General objective: Improving strategic planning, simplifying administrative procedures and reducing bureaucracy for citizens, by developing and implementing the following measures: elaboration and implementation of a local development strategy, an integrated IT solution, as well as the development of staff knowledge at the level of ATU Caransebes in order to implement and make optimal use of the measures achieved in the project.
