The general objective of the project is to promote a package of integrated interventions aimed at social inclusion, increasing the employment capacity and reducing the poverty risk of the target group of 552 people, from Finteușu Mic community, Satulung commune, Maramureş County. The proposed project will generate a positive effect on the long-term target group by providing social innovation services, integrated services that will meet the following basic principles, as promoted under the regulations of the European Structural and Investment Funds 2014-2020, namely: equal opportunities and treatment between men and women (gender equality) and non-discrimination. In order to promote equal opportunities and treatment, attention will be paid to accessibility for all citizens to services, spaces and facilities that will be provided or open to the public. The planned target group approaches will aim to break the vicious circle of social exclusion and poverty through a multidimensional approach at Community level, based on community needs, respecting the principle of innovative approach to service delivery and an integrated approach by avoiding disparate, single-sector measures for effectiveness in the use of Community public resources. There is a need for social innovation and an integrated approach to improve the living conditions of the target group, increase the level of education, employability and access to the internal labour market, as well as access to quality basic infrastructure, increased access to social and health services. As community priorities focus on basic needs, the time devoted to children’s education and health is very limited, which negatively affects future prospects in terms of social integration. For children and young people there is a need to develop and stimulate the full potential of the individual, through support in the process of forming independent living skills, developing general knowledge, increasing self-confidence, encouraging the development of heuristic-creative thinking, educational services, social and medical services. For adults in the community, it is necessary to create the prerequisites for full participation in the economic, social and cultural life of the community (vocational information services, continuing vocational training, support in finding a job, developing and supporting entrepreneurial initiatives, information on health and hygiene, support in improving housing conditions, legal assistance, support in combating discrimination). For the elderly population in the community, they will be valued and respected, remain independent and be able to participate in all aspects of life as active citizens, enjoying a high quality of life in a community
