Increasing the participation in pre-school education of vulnerable groups, with a focus on children belonging to the Roma minority, by (1) setting up pre-school education departments in sector 5 Bucharest within kindergarten no. 242 and schools no. 125 and 115, thus increasing the capacity for inclusion in preschool and school education in the sector with 75 places; (2) the training of 18 persons belonging to ECEC teaching staff, thus ensuring a child-centred, child-centred pedagogical act that addresses creative methods and practices to meet the child’s individual needs; (3) the provision of new services and learning materials for 75 children from disadvantaged backgrounds, especially from the Roma community in sector 5 and (4) supporting and advising parents/legal guardians/persons taking care of children enrolled in the target group, thus ensuring the registration of the unemployed at AJOFM and ensuring increased awareness of the importance of the family in the child’s educational process and accurate and targeted information on the needs and development of the young child. The same application for pre-school education is also in school kindergarten No 115. And in kindergarten 242, there are requests for children under 3 years of age every year, concessions being made and children under 2 years old. Educators, however, are not specialised in child care. Thus, we will ensure the development of these educational units through preschool education groups, adequately equipped and equipped and with adequate staff for preschoolers. In the long term, for the 75 children, we will facilitate a smoother transition of children from preschool to preschool and by increasing the capacity of kindergartens, the project will contribute to ensuring a quality and equitable education for the local community, potentially contributing to reducing the risk of
