GENERAL OBJECTIVE: Establishing a minimum of 21 social enterprises at the level of 7 development regions in Rominia as a sustainable solution to reduce social disparities, combat poverty and create inclusive jobs for people belonging to disadvantaged groups. The guarantee of the quality and sustainability of the 21 social enterprises is the proposed partnership formula: Fundatia Alaturi de Voi Romania, social insertion enterprise/social service provider/occupation service provider/ANC training service provider and founding member of various national and European federations in the field of social services/Social Economy and Structural Consulting Group— www.fonduri-structurale.ro with experience in consulting services obtaining financing for start-ups and partner in European projects through which more than 45 new businesses have been established, including in the field of social economy. The project responds directly to investment priority 9v: Promoting social entrepreneurship and professional integration in social enterprises and promoting the social and solidarity economy in order to facilitate access to employment and Specific Objective 4.16.: Strengthening the capacity of social economy enterprises to operate in a sustainable manner. Thus, the project will recruit and train at least 105 people from all the development regions of Rominia, except Bucharest-Ilfov Region. The project will set up a minimum of 21 social enterprises, including social enterprises of insertion in both rural and urban areas. Thus, our project will contribute directly to achieving the indicator of 743 supported social economy entities, planned as a programme indicator (4S63) to be reached by 2023. The project strategy aims to: 1. Providing support for the establishment of social enterprises; 2. Implementation of business plans and monitoring of the functioning of social enterprises; 3. The development of the sector by connecting to the national and European marketplace/networks in the field, the regular collection of data from the sector at national level, the promotion of the social brand and the development of strategic partnerships. On TERMEN MEDIU AND LUNG, the results of the project will contribute to the creation of jobs, including for people from vulnerable groups, the development of necessary services in the community, including in areas of public interest such as: social, educational, health services etc., the growth and consolidation of a sector that can actually reduce social disparities, can respond to local needs, encompass elements of environmental protection, circular and collaborative economy, and can be a solution for periods of economic crisis or prolonged unemployment.
