The general objective of the project is to provide support for the establishment of min. 21 social enterprises in the West, North-West and North-East regions, through: — informing at least 300 people from these regions about the actions carried out within the project; — conducting specific entrepreneurial training programs – Social Enterprise Manager COD COR 112036 (I.3 Guide) and Entrepreneurial Competences/Civic and Social Competences both levels of specialisation (I.4 guide) for min. 105 people over the age of 18 with domicile or residence in Regions V, NV and NE (min.20 from each region), who want to set up social enterprises and support min. 21 non-agricultural social entrepreneurial initiatives (from which 3 in each region). Active measures proposed by the project: providing information services to identify the interests of individuals and their motivation to start a social business and aimed at initiating and raising awareness among participants about opportunities, stages, tools and services related to initiating a social economy activity; selection aimed at analysing and identifying intrinsic entrepreneurial and managerial motivations and competences of individuals; providing specific entrepreneurial training programs aimed at filling gaps and acquiring essential skills, including by developing a business plan, individually or as a team; supporting the efforts of the beneficiaries to materialise the social business idea by selecting and supporting min 21 social entrepreneurial initiatives and monitoring their development, including during the sustainability period, as well as actions aimed at developing the social economy field (implementation platform measures to promote the social economy, analysis and support documents for the social economy and implementation partnerships described in activity A12. ) The project aims in particular to encourage social economy initiatives with potential to scale solutions and impact, namely social enterprises that propose solutions for systemic approach to harmful balances in society, and their activities are closely related to social innovation. All (not just 10 %) of the business plans financed through the de minimis scheme will propose activities that will specifically promote the transition towards a low carbon and resource efficient economy and all (not just 10 %) will propose measures that will specifically promote social innovation according to the provisions of section 1.4 of the GS. Even if this initiative requires substantial additional efforts, especially in identifying and persuading potential beneficiaries, from the perspective of objectives, results and impact, we consider that it is worth going beyond the minimum requirements of GS and we intend to do so.
