General objective: Increasing the number of graduates of tertiary university education in the fields of Biology, Medicine and Pharmacy within the “Lucian Blaga” University in Sibiu who find a job as a result of access to practical internships to potential employers through sustainable partnerships of the University with the private sector to facilitate transition from education to work, counseling and career guidance services focused on acquiring transversal skills related to the needs of the labor market, to a coordinated information system, as well as to entrepreneurial skills training activities through simulated enterprise. The project aims to: — a number of 340 students who benefit from support for the transition from school to active life; — a number of 245 students who acquire a qualification to cease the quality of participant; — a number of 136 students who find a job at the end of the participant’s quality; — a number of 112 students who follow studies/training courses (entrepreneurial skills through simulated enterprise) at the end of the participant’s quality; — to ensure the creation of a strong social partnership between academia (ULBS) and the private sector (employers, practice organisers, etc.) and/or actors in the field of research and innovation, by developing, implementing and implementing such partnerships already existing, but also of new such partnerships; — to ensure the design, development and implementation of a coordinated information system on the employer-higher education unit direction and piloting innovative solutions in counseling and guidance, but also to facilitate access to information such as: employers’ requirements for the training needs of people who can be employed, employment opportunities, opportunities for organising, developing and participating in workplace learning programs, such as internships and professional and performing internship programs; to ensure the identification, selection, evaluation, recruitment, registration and monitoring of progress and status on the labour market/education of the target group; — to facilitate access to professional and personalised services of counselling and professional guidance, in order to develop personal for choosing a professional career and in order to acquire skills that meet the needs of the labour market – to facilitate participation, organise and carry out work-based learning programs, such as internship programs and high-performance and professional internship programs in direct correlation with the requirements of potential employers, in order to increase the participation rate of students in these programs, in order to acquire skills, knowledge, practical professional skills, as well as work skills required on the labour market. — to ensure transparency and respect
