The general objective of the project is to reduce the number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion in the communes of Dumbrăvița (section 2) and Giarmata (Giarmata village), which are part of the territory of the Local Development Strategy managed by the Local Action Group Colinele Recaș, by implementing integrated measures/operations in the context of CLLD mechanism. In view of the general objective set out above, the project falls within the specific objectives of the Human Capital Operational Programme 2014-2020, thematic objective 9 Promoting social inclusion, combating poverty and any form of discrimination, investment priority 9.vi: Community-led local development strategies, specific objective 5. 2 Reduce the number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion from marginalised communities in rural areas and cities with up to 20,000 inhabitants by implementing integrated measures/operations in the context of CLLD mechanism. Thus, the implementation of the project envisages the implementation of integrated measures to reduce poverty and social exclusion at the level of Dumbrăvita and Giarmata communes through integrated measures to ensure access of people at risk of poverty and social exclusion from marginalised communities to social services, to active employment measures, including by supporting entrepreneurship and self-employment and not least by facilitating access to education through measures to prevent early school leaving. Given the complementarity of the project proposed for funding through POCU with the project financed from measure 19 related to the RDP programme, the project is part of the implementation of the local development strategy implemented by the Colinele Recaș Local Action Group. The project proposed for funding contributes to achieving the POCU programme indicators: 4S67 People from marginalised communities at risk of poverty or social exclusion benefitting from integrated services of the value of 260 people; 4S63 People from marginalised communities at risk of poverty or social exclusion gaining a qualification upon leaving 118 people value; 4S64 People from marginalised communities at risk of poverty or social exclusion in employment, including those in self-employment, upon leaving the acquired value 35; 4S148 Services at the level of marginalised communities at risk of poverty or social exclusion receiving value-supported 2 services; 4S146 Functional services offered at the level of marginalised communities at risk of poverty or social exclusion value assumed 2 services.
