The establishment and development of care and entrepreneurial education services and facilitating access to them for a number of 60 children aged 0-2 years from Codlea Municipality in order to provide an important basis for their further development. By carrying out the measures proposed within the project, the aim is to increase participation in pre-preschool education, especially with regard to children belonging to the Roma minority, and to provide optimal conditions for their further development. Moreover, the intervention envisages providing specialised support to achieve better school results and to remove obstacles to educational success. The proposed measures, which are addressed to children aged 0-2 years from the mun. Codlea, are part of the integrated intervention, which takes into account services that address children, but also measures that take into account, the involvement and education of the parent and the caregiver in terms of important stages in children’s development, encouraging the interactions of parent – child and providing counseling measures regarding the health, nutrition and hygiene of preschool children. Pre-preschool early education services will support the differential stimulation of the child in order to develop their individual intellectually, socio-affective and psychomotor, taking into account their specific age particularities and their evaluated potential. This fact is based on the promotion of the game as a form of activity, method, process and means of achieving educational approaches at early ages, as well as promoting interaction with other children through age-specific group activities. In a complementary way, parents and family benefit from support and counselling in early childhood education in order to provide a solid foundation in their further development. The intervention proposed in this project will be addressed to 60 children aged 0-2 years from the mun. Codlea, of which 20 Roma (33 %) and 10 from the countryside (16.66 %), who come from needy families or whose parents are away for work abroad, who will benefit from access to quality entrepreneurial education and care services, in order to facilitate school progress and remove obstacles in the educational pathway.
