The aim of the project is to prevent early school leaving of 1010 pre-school and school students and vulnerable adults from 5 rural communities in Valcea county. The project has an integrated approach to the risk of school dropout because it aims to: measures to prevent early school leaving by identifying the risks and individual obstacles of each student beneficiary and assuming a personalised intervention to each case. By developing partnerships between schools, community, local authorities, in view of local awareness of the importance of education, the project will take into account the involvement of stakeholders in promoting cultural diversity, preventing discrimination in education. intervention measures to reduce the phenomenon of early school leaving (remediate education, psychological counseling, school, vocational; moral counseling; non-formal and extracurricular education; reintegration into education of people who left school early) In order to prevent school abandonment of rural children, especially during the transition to secondary school (secondary school/vocational school), vulnerable children will benefit from a mentoring and intensive training program, in order to realise the importance of continuing education as a success factor for future integration on the labour market. Children aged 6-15 years need additional program to improve their school results in the main exam subjects at national assessments in order to increase their chances of continuing high school/professional/faculty school. Also, this age segment needs psychological counseling and school orientation to choose a career path or to overcome the family or emotional problems that affect their school results. Also, these children need to have alternatives to spend their free time in a creative and constructive way, avoiding age-specific entourages and risks through a non-formal education program for the development of life skills.
