The general objective of the project is to support the Local Action Group in order to operate, increase and strengthen its capacity, to animate the community targeted by CLLD, in order to implement the CODLEA Local Development Strategy. The project will generate a positive effect, both in the short term, but especially in the long term, both at the level of marginalised communities identified in the municipality of Codlea and at the level of the entire community, due to the implementation of the approved Local Development Strategy, which proposes solutions for the needs identified through the implementation and implementation of the Preparatory Support project for the development of SDL. The project will generate a positive effect, both at local level, within the community of marginalised urban area, and across the region, by reducing the number of people at risk of poverty and social exlusion. Through the integrated activities proposed within this project, to support logistics for the functioning of the Local Action Group, to support the capacity building of the Local Action Group and through activities to increase the awareness of the opportunities offered by SDL, the project will generate a positive effect, both at local level, within the community of the marginalised urban area, and at the level of the entire region, by reducing the number of people at risk of poverty and social exclusion. The project is in line with Priority Axis 5 – Local development placed under the responsibility of the community, Thematic Objective 9: Promoting social inclusion, combating poverty and any form of discrimination, Investment Priority 9.vi: Local development under the responsibility of the community, Specific Objective 5.1: Reducing the number of people at risk of poverty and social exclusion in marginalised communities (Roma and non-Roma) in cities with more than 20,000 inhabitants, with a focus on those with the population belonging to the Roma minority, by implementing integrated measures/operations in the context of the CLLD mechanism, because through integrated logistic support activities for the functioning of the Local Action Group, to support the capacity building of the Local Action Group and through activities to increase the awareness of the opportunities offered by SDL, the project ensures the implementation of the approved Local Development Strategy for the Municipality of Codlea, which is a municipality with more than 20 000 inhabitants, where there is an important Roma population, and through SDL will implement concrete and concise measures and operations in the context of the CLLD mechanism, for marginalised urban areas, and through the measures developed, financed and implemented, proposed by SDL, it contributes to reducing the number of people at risk of poverty and social exclusion from marginalised communities (Roma and non-Roma) in cities with over 20,000 inhabitants, with an emphasis on the population belonging to the population
