Creating a favourable framework for the insertion into the labour market of PhD students and postdoctoral researchers from the target group, by providing financial support and by acquiring entrepreneurial and transversal skills. The general objective is subscribed to POCU objective, AP 6, OT 10, PI 10.iv, OS 6.13, through the fact that it will generate an increase in the number of tertiary education graduates who will engage during the implementation of the project or after the completion of the studies as a result of scientific, interdisciplinary, transversal and especially entrepreneurial skills acquired and as a result of the fact that the created partnership will facilitate the insertion of the target group into the labour market.
