The general objective of the project is to strengthen the institutional capacity and streamline the activity at the level of the municipality of Onești by further simplifying administrative procedures and reducing bureaucracy for citizens, implementing measures from the back-office perspective (adaptation of internal working procedures, digitisation of archives) and front-office for public services provided related to shared competences of local public administration.
