Internship=career passport for the future!

OG: Increasing the participation in workplace learning programs of 185 students from non-university secondary and tertiary education, from NE and SV regions, by developing their work skills in order to increase employment opportunities and successfully integrate into the labour market. The positive effect of the long-term project is the development of vocational training programs focused on on-the-job learning and the promotion of measures to attract and maintain young people in the transition process from school to active life, which will lead directly to improving their insertion into the labour market. Thus, facilitating the insertion of young high school graduates into the labour market and increasing their employment due to new acquired skills, contributes to the development of a productive and competitive workforce. The objective of the project is also to reconcile the imbalances between local labour supply and demand, to adapt the skills to the needs of the employer, to stimulate employment by providing professional guidance and counselling services and, last but not least, to the conclusion and development of sustainable partnerships between secondary and non-university non-university secondary and third education units, and private sector economic entities with a focus on economic sectors with competitive potential. The general objective of the project responds directly to the achievement of the specific objective of the program and call, by addressing the learning needs in the workplace of students from secondary and non-university non-university education, with a focus on economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to NCNS and in the fields of intelligent specialisation according to SNCDI. To support this approach, the project aims to implement and develop workplace learning programs addressed to 185 students from NE and SV regions, registered in technological high schools: Dimitrie Filisanu High School. Dolj Oras Filiasi, Economic Technology High School “Virgil Madgearu” Mun. Iasi, Technological High School “ALEXANDRU IOAN CUZA” Town Barlad, “Nicolae Iorga” Technical High School Negresti, but not limited to them, which follows level 3 and 4 qualifications in the fields of professional training: commerce, Economics, Tourism and Food, ICT. The target group of the project will include vocational education students. Thus, the qualifications that these young people are going to acquire are: professional qualification level 3(conf.
