The general objective of the project is to improve the professional insertion and the development of skills required on the labour market at the level of 192 students in the county. Alba in the field of industry and services relevant to the local and regional economy through value-added partnerships between education units and potential employers. Specialisations were selected, important for the local and regional economy, namely the automotive industry and components and information and telecommunications technology (areas related to the industrial policy directions mentioned in the National Strategy for Competitiveness 2014-2020). In this context, the qualifications of the education units concerned sunt:Electronica and automation (technician technical computational operator, telecommunications technician), Electric (technician electrical installations), Mechanics (transport technician, car mechanic, tin painter, operator of machines with numerical control), Electromecanica (electromechanical machinery and industrial installations) Intervention, the initiative and action of Social Responsibility of the Applicant in areas relevant to the local and regional economy is relevant, valid and validated by significant experience at the level of his/her economic activity in SNC fields (1610), given by the activity volume and turnover of over 24,000,000 lei/year. These are the result of a production activity obtained through the intervention of support services. The present project is a qualitative approach of the Applicant in the direction of training human resources and developing the necessary skills for the services sector. Through its operating methods and the adopted solution, the project generates benefits of great uniqueness, even exclusive. Concretely, the project breaks conventional and somewhat rigid barriers to organising and conducting counselling, professional guidance and practical internships for students, proposing an innovative model, which is based on 3 essential assets: realism (S, as an enterprise has a real perception of the labour market, recruits labour, employs staff and manages human resources – therefore, practical experience and expertise in these fields is an essential element in comparison with virtual or simulated processes of counseling and professional guidance and training organised in schools), diversity (the external environment of the company includes a multitude of types of organisations – supplier companies, client companies, collaborators with similar profile, offering a huge variety of options and solutions for the period of practice) and complementarity (each of the organisations in the external environment of S., targeted to be involved in the project have a component of support services).
