The general objective of the project is to increase the participation and level of education for pupils, students and teachers, especially for vulnerable groups, organised within the Technical University “Gheorghe Asachi” in Iasi, between 2019 and 2021, by providing financial support to students and students, increasing the attractiveness of the educational offer and improving the competences of teachers. The proposed project presents an integrated approach to the 3 specific objectives set out thus – for O.S.6.7 it is proposed to include a number of 800 people, respectively 300 students from the NE region (of which 100 will be in the category of the most disadvantaged) and 500 students from which at least 75 % will be from rural/non-traditional/Roma/CES area. The activities foreseen to achieve this objective O.S. 6.7 are integrated into Activity 2, which includes several sub-activities, namely sub-activity 2.1 which refers to the information and counseling of 300 students in the counties of the NE region in order to increase the attainment rate of secondary education and their orientation towards the continuation of studies at third level; sub-activity 2.2 provides remedial activities for 100 disadvantaged students for 12 months for students who have problems graduating from secondary education; subactivity 2.3 provides joint activities involving students, students and professors from the Technical University, through which students will visit the student campus and the University, where they will test what it means to be a student at TUIasi; sub-activity 2.4 provides for the participation of the 500 students in information-advice activities in order to increase participation and level of education, especially for disadvantaged groups, with the aim of reducing the number of students who have difficulties in integrating into the academic environment, namely insertion into the labour market after the completion of their studies; sub-activity 2.5 directly leads to the achievement of the objectives of the program, namely the implementation of the entrepreneurial courses program as well as participation in one of the four educational offers that will be developed through the project; subactivity 2.6 which involves recruiting the target group of students and students as well as awarding scholarships/subsidies for 100 students for 6 months, 200 lei/month and 448 students who will benefit for 3 semesters (the last of the years of study) from a scholarship of 250 lei/month. Within this activity, indicators 4S100 = 500 students and 4S95 = 500 (respectively 100 %) will be reached. — for O.S.6.9 it is proposed to include 80 teachers in a postgraduate program of training and continuous professional development in order to develop competences, both in the field of innovative entrepreneurship developed within the Technical University of Iasi, as well as in the development of didac skills
