Increase transparency in local public administration and facilitate citizens’ access to electronic public services in Brad Municipality

The overall objective of the project is to strengthen institutional capacity and streamline activity at Brad level, by simplifying administrative procedures and reducing bureaucracy for citizens, implementing back-office measures (adaptation of internal working procedures, digitisation of archives), and front-office for public services provided.
