The GENERAL objective of the project is to develop the entrepreneurial skills of 750 people who want to develop an independent activity, as well as to subsidise 92 business plans to increase the employment of people from the CENTRU region by supporting the establishment of non-agricultural enterprises in urban areas of the region during the project period. Through the project, we aim to train 750 people in entrepreneurship who want to start an independent activity, of which – people who benefit from support, of which: Employees, including persons carrying out an independent activity – 345 persons; supported persons: 290 persons; persons receiving support, of which: — Unemployed and inactive: 115 persons, according to the target group section of the applicant’s guide, specific conditions and the predetermined output indicators section of the MySMIS2014 IT system. During the entrepreneurial training course, the participants will actually work on developing their own business ideas and developing the business plan. The business plans thus developed will enter a contest of project ideas. The 92 best business ideas will be selected through an open and transparent process, relative to regional strategies, and in line with the sectors identified as competitive. At the contest of business plans can be registered and pers. who do not participate in the training program, but are part of the category of eligible target group covered by this call for projects and who submit a business plan in non-agricultural fields in urban areas at the terms and conditions stipulated by the project. The selected business plans will receive grants of maximum RON 178.340 (equivalent to max. EUR 40,000). The winners will benefit from support services in business development through intern and international internships, entrepreneurial counseling and consultancy activities, mentoring, exp exchanges, as well as HUB developed within the project in TG MURES. The partners aim for an integrated approach in the project, which is based on the following complementary components: information, development plan, training of future entrepreneurs, encouragement of entrepreneurship through support services in the development of a business plan and financial assistance, counselling and monitoring for establishment and development, exchange of international experience as well as for sustainability. The applicant and its partners have aimed to contribute to the development of the economy at regional and local level by developing a competitive business environment and stimulating the employment rate on their own.
