Improving the administrative capacity of Constanta County Council

In accordance with the directives of the Operational Programme Administrative Capacity 2014-2020 and the specific objective of Priority Axis 2, OS 2.1, the general objective of the project is to introduce common systems and standards in the local public administration that optimise the processes oriented towards the beneficiaries in line with the Strategy for Strengthening Public Administration 2014-2020 (SICAP).
