General objective: Increase the number of inactive NEETs registered with the Public Employment Service (POS) to provide personalised support measures. In the light of the general objective, the project subscribes to the POCU objective of ensuring the sustainable integration of NEETs into the labour market by the fact that, once identified and registered with the SPO, these young people will then be able to benefit from services facilitating their sustainable integration into the labour market or obtaining better paid jobs. The project is also part of Priority Axis 2 – Improving the situation of NEETs, Investment Priority 8.ii – Sustainable integration into the labour market of young people, especially those not in employment, not in education or training, including young people at risk of social exclusion and young people from marginalised communities, including through the implementation of the Youth Guarantee and OS 2.3 – Increasing the number of inactive NEETs registered with the Public Employment Service, in order to provide personalised support measures. The achievement of this specific objective will be achieved by identifying at least 200,000 NEETs, based on the administrative data provided by the electronic register of NEETs (permanently updated with information from existing databases at national level to which it has access) and then within the specific actions carried out under the project. At the same time, the project responds to the public policy priorities of mmSJ and MEN, namely reducing youth unemployment, facilitating their integration into the labour market, preventing and reducing early school leaving, improving the level of education and skills. Indirectly, through the fact that young people registered with the SPO will be able to benefit from active employment measures, education, training, etc., the project responds to the identified challenges in terms of sustainable integration of young people into the labour market and helps to address the following challenges: Low participation of young people in vocational training and, in particular, in continuing vocational training; Low youth employment rate as well as employers’ reluctance to hire young people; Insufficient knowledge of the services offered by the SPO by young people; — The inefficiency of the current intervention measures with regard to the problem of youth employment Positive long-term effects: Similar to the good practices identified by the European Commission in the development and implementation of active employment policies dedicated to young people, the applicant seeks to ensure the implementation of the project to ensure sustainable, long-term routes for young people, insufficient to find short-term solutions, they need a sustainable quality offer and must be guided and supported in obtaining the necessary qualifications.
