The general objective of the project is to improve equal access to learning throughout life and to update the knowledge, skills and competences of employees, by implementing integrated and flexible measures to support participation in continuous training programs for 660 employees (including PFA and individual enterprises), residing/residence in the NV Region, with a focus on those adults, with low level of qualifications, people from rural areas, people over 40 years old. The general objective is in line with Specific Objective 6.12 – Increasing participation in continuous vocational training programmes, with a focus on those low-skilled adults and those over 40 years old, in disadvantaged rural areas, including through the recognition and certification of learning outcomes acquired in non-formal and informal contexts, Priority Axis 6 – Education and Skills, Investment Priority – 10.iii. Improving equal access to lifelong learning for all age groups in a formal, non-formal or informal setting, updating the knowledge, skills and competences of the workforce and promoting flexible learning pathways, including through career guidance and validation of acquired competences. The project aims to carry out activities aimed at supporting participation in CVT programs, by implementing the following actions that contribute to the achievement of the specific objective of the program and call and will generate positive long-term effects, directly contributing to the achievement of the output indicator, taking into account the financial, human and material resources of the project: professional counselling and tutoring for the 660 people employed in the target group, to encourage participation in CVT programmes, career development and search for new job opportunities; — providing support for participation in CVT programs through integrated and flexible measures aimed at improving professional qualities by qualifying 422 participants in the field of “Tapiter” and initiating 238 participants in “Computer skills/digital skills for using information technology as a learning and knowledge tool”; — following the support received at least 58 % of the 660 persons employed in the target group, i.e. at least 383 persons will be qualified as “Tapiter” in the workplace; organisation of 26 information and awareness campaigns/actions to promote the importance of vocational training and participation in CVT programmes, as well as the importance of using ICT; participation of at least 528 participants in information and awareness campaigns/actions to promote the importance of vocational training and participation in CVT programmes following which
