General objective of the project: Increasing the opportunities for employing 11,146 unemployed NEETs registered with the Public Employment Service (SPO) by stimulating mobility and subsidising jobs. In view of the general objective, the project subscribes to the POCU objective of ensuring the sustainable integration of NEETs into the labour market by, on the one hand, providing facilities to employers who employ, indefinitely, NEETs, and on the other hand will grant these young people bonuses in compliance with the legal provisions at the time of establishing the rights, namely legal provisions on the unemployment insurance system and employment stimulation. The project is also part of Priority Axis 2 Improving the situation of NEETs, investment priority: 8.ii Sustainable integration into the labour market of young people, in particular those not in employment, not in education or training, including young people at risk of social exclusion and young people from marginalised communities, including through the implementation of the Youth Guarantee, the specific objective: 2.1. Increasing the employment of unemployed NEETs aged 16-24, registered with the Public Employment Service and residing in eligible regions. At the same time, the project responds to the public policy priorities of the MJS, namely reducing youth unemployment and facilitating their integration into the labour market. By enabling NEETs to benefit from these specific active employment measures, the project responds to identified challenges in terms of sustainable integration of young people into the labour market and helps to address the low employment rate of young people as well as employers’ reluctance to hire young people.
