TransGasDigital

The general objective of the project is to improve the level of digital knowledge and skills of the Applicant’s employees by participating in specialised training courses, which will acquire basic and advanced competences in the field of information technology. The general objective of the project, established in accordance with the objective POCU AP 3/PI 10iii/OS 3.12 “Improving the level of knowledge/skills/skills related to the economic sectors/areas identified according to the SNC and SNCDI of the employees”, supports the improvement of the company’s employees who will be able to perform their service tasks more efficiently by using digital applications specific to their activity. The project will allow specialised professional training of 180 participants, representing a target group of 132 employees of the company, some benefiting from several types of courses within the project. The employees will improve their level of knowledge, as a result of participating in courses adapted to the specific needs of the occupied posts, in compliance with the horizontal themes established by POCU 2014-2020. The knowledge acquired as a result of the graduation of the courses will generate positive long-term effects: both at the level of employees who will improve their digital skills (basic or advanced) and at company level by increasing the competitiveness of Transgaz. The development of digital skills facilitates innovation and creates the right conditions and framework for technological progress, an important driver in adapting Transgaz’s capacity to the dynamics of the energy sector, a sector with competitive potential according to CNS.
