Matching the skills of employees with the labour market through professional development measures – “Biocomp”

The general objective of the project is to increase the level of accessblity of at least 652 employees from less developed regions, to measures, tools and integrated and personalised activities, such as professional counselling and tutoring, formal training, informal/non-formal training and to programs of assessment and certification of skills acquired in other contexts, in order to increase the qualification level of these employees, correlating with the current needs and needs of the labour market. Contributing to the achievement of the specific objective of the program and call and how the project will generate a positive long-term effect The project will generate a positive effect, both in the short term, but especially in the long term, both at the level of the target group and at the local level (at the level of the counties of the implementing regions) and at regional level (South-Muntenia, South-East, Central and North-East regions) with positive implications and effects including at national level. In the long term, the project will produce positive effects as a result of adapting the activities to both the specifics of the target group, as well as to the local and regional specifics and the integrated approach to the needs of its members. The first positive effect, expected and generated in the long term, is to increase the degree of qualification, specialisation and personal and professional training for at least 652 people in GT, by supporting, stimulating, supporting, acquiring theoretical and practical notions and certifying basic and transversal, professional and non-professional competences, skills and abilities, thus contributing to personal development, professional and including entrepreneurial workforce at local and regional level, increasing the degree of performance, competence, competition and productivity of employed persons (including PFA and/or Individual Enterprises) representing the target group of this project, by improving the degree of anticipation and adaptability to change and to the needs and requirements of the labour market, of people working in different enterprises, which will lead to an increase in competitiveness, productivity and sustainable development at local, regional and even national level. Thus, in the long term, there will be a positive effect by increasing the number of persons trained personally and professionally, qualified, certified and specialised within the labour market, achieving a constant correlation with the needs, needs and demands of the labour market, thus generating a workforce with a high degree of qualification and specialisation, being translated into an example of good practices worth following, and can be easily multiplied so that we can predict an increase in people’s desire to move towards personal and professional development and certification of basic and transversal skills, skills and abilities, profesion
