The general objective of the project “Start Experience – START.EXE” is the training and development of professional, transversal and entrepreneurial skills required on the labour market, including for disadvantaged categories of people for a number of 325 students from “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University in Iasi. The project activities are aimed at increasing the participation rate of students from the target group in learning programs in the workplace by organising practical training internships, in the fields of study, but especially in those areas that focus on the economic sectors with competitive potential and the fields of intelligent specialisation, within the newly established or developed partnerships between the university and potential employers, to facilitate the insertion on the labour market of graduates. The aim of the project is to make investments in the field of education in order to acquire the professional, transversal and entrepreneurial skills necessary for entering the labour market, but also to increase the number of graduates from university education who find a job or start business, as a result of access to learning activities within a potential job.
