The general objective of the project is to develop an integrated system of acquisition of skills and practical professional skills for 200 students from Neamt county who come from secondary and non-university tertiary education (ISCED 3 – qualification level 3-4 and ISCED 4 – qualification level 5), by participating in effective programs of learning in the workplace, facilitating and dynamising the transition from school to professional careers, with a focus on economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to NCNS and in the fields of intelligent specialisation according to SNCDI. Through an integrated approach, the proposed project contributes to the achievement of the specific objective of the program by increasing the participation of target group students in work-based learning programs, with a focus on the economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to the NSC/smart specialisation domains according to SNCDI. Also, the general objective of the project contributes to the achievement of Thematic Objective 10 – Making investments in the field of education, training and training for skills and lifelong learning, Investment Priority 10.iv – Improving the usefulness of education and training systems for the labour market, facilitating the transition from education to work and strengthening education and training systems and their quality, including through mechanisms for anticipating skills, adapting curricula and creating and developing work-based learning systems. The long-term positive effect of the project on the target group results from the fact that the focus will be on providing integrated services and adapted both to the needs of students’ professional training in terms of acquiring practical skills and the needs of the labor market evolution. Through appropriate professional counselling and guidance and relevant practical training, the project provides the members of the target professional competence and concrete information about the employee-employee expectations, about the legal and economic framework to which to relate, the elements of continuous self-assessment on the labour market, increasing their adaptability to the demands of a job, flexibility and dynamism in a constantly changing labour market. Achieving the general objective of the project will generate long-term positive effects both in social and economic terms, by giving added value to all parties involved: Group Tinta, Applicant, Partner, Education Institutions, Practice Partners, Employers. Through the project we assume that of the 200 students who will receive support, at least 180 students will be certified, 42 students will be supported to find a job and a minimum of 22 students will continue their studies as an effect of active participation in the project. In addition, the project will generate the following effects
