The general objective of the project is to reduce the number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion by implementing integrated measures focused on the needs of marginalised communities in Ciupecenii Noi villages – the villages of Ciupercenii Noi and Smardan. Through the project it is primarily intended to provide social services (social, socio-medical, medical-socio-educational) through the operationalisation of the Integrated Community Services Center (CISEC) It is the software component of the hard project submitted and selected by LAG Calafat within SDL and contracted at the level of the Rural Investment Financing Agency – AFIR – Regional Centre for Financing Rural Investments 4 South-West Craiova. Secondly, measures in the field of employment will also be considered, namely support for access and/or maintenance on the labour market and support of entrepreneurship within the community. At the same time, considering its integrated, family-centred character, the project will also target measures of complementary education and material support, in order to reduce the school dropout rate and prevent it for a number of 40 children. At the same time, 43 beneficiaries will be provided with legal assistance in order to obtain documents of ownership of dwellings, identity documents or civil status documents. All members of the target group, 256 people, will also be involved in social innovation activities, in order to increase the degree of social inclusion. The target group consists of 256 citizens of the municipality of Mushrooms Noi at risk of poverty and social exclusion. Considering that the social exclusion of poor families in the municipality of Ciupercenii Noi is caused primarily by the lack of employment of active population members (most people have secondary school (8 classes), primary education or no education, i.e. 3,805 persons; the immediate solution for reducing the number of people at risk of poverty and social exclusion from this marginalised community is to facilitate the employment of at least 32 people from the target group either as employees or as an entrepreneur in the 3 years of the project.
