The aim of this project is to ensure the conditions of the integrated local development of the crivat commune, Calarasi county, which currently has an average degree of marginalisation, thus contributing to the implementation of the Anti-Saracy Package promoted by the Romanian Government. The general objective of the project is to reduce the number of people at risk of poverty and social exclusion in the crivat commune, Calarasi county, by 150 people, by providing a package of integrated services centered on the concrete needs of the margianlised community and facilitating in the medium and long term the local development of the community and increasing the quality of life of the inhabitants. The project provides integrated measures in at least 3 areas (education, social, medical and socio-medical, housing, legal and employment) for 560 people at risk of poverty and social exclusion, of which 110 minors from households in severe material deprivation, 400 people aged 18 to 64 who are at risk of poverty or severe material deprivation or are members of households with a low work intensity and 50 people over 64 years who are at risk of poverty or severe material deprivation. Out of the 560 members of the target group, 30 are Roma and are people in the risk of poverty, severe material deprivation and reduced work intensity in the household. The project contributes to the specific objective of the programme 4.2. — Reducing the number of people at risk of poverty and social exclusion in marginalised communities (non-Roma) – by providing at least 3 integrated measures to the 560 people at risk of poverty and social exclusion, targeted interventions and sustainable effects being as follows: • integrated services and measures to reduce early school leaving by providing: school and vocational mediation and counselling services for students at risk of early school leaving (Subact.2.5.), which will benefit all 110 children from the target group as well as their families and teachers, from better communication and awareness of the importance of education and support to reduce school dropout; a school-after-school program containing extracurricular activities, material recovery activities and improvement of school results, excursions and educational camps following which 95 children from the target group (school age) will benefit from increasing access to education, acquiring key competences and individualised support (Subact.2.3.); setting up the extended kindergarten program (subact. 2.2.) that will benefit 15 preschool children from the target group and their families for encouraging and facilitating access to preschool education. In the medium and long term, all school-aged children in the commune and their families will benefit
