Entrepreneurship for employment and social integration!

The general objective of the project is to support the development of a competitive business ecosystem, centered on entrepreneurship, innovation and creativity, focusing on trust, efficiency and excellence by establishing, starting officials and supporting the sustainable development of 24 new non-agricultural enterprises in Timisoara that will create added value by developing entrepreneurial skills for 115 people at risk of poverty and social exclusion residing in SDL territory, subsidising their business plans with up to EUR 25,000 and by creating a minimum of 24 new jobs The project aims at three major directions of action with the ultimate goal of increasing the employment rate by developing activities on their own. In this respect, the three major strands of action proposed for funding take into account the following: — 1. Improving entrepreneurial skills for 115 people (at risk of poverty and social exclusion), people over the age of 18, who intend to set up a non-agricultural business in the urban area, in order to draw up the business plan for the competition organised through the project, as well as through a internship in existing, functional enterprises whose economic activity is part of the same CAEN group as that of the selected business plan 2. Providing a full advisory/advisory/mentorship programme for the start-up and start-up of start-ups. 3. Support 24 entrepreneurs by providing grants to develop a business, up to a maximum of EUR 25,000 calculated at the EUR Info rate for September 2019. The project aims to generate a positive long-term effect due to the development of entrepreneurial skills – both by training the 115 members of the target group and by setting up and starting the officials of the 24 new businesses developed in Timisoara. The 115 persons trained to acquire entrepreneurial skills will have the opportunity and certified skills to start economic activities on their own and can contribute to the sustainable economic development of Timisoara.
