For NEETs

The aim of the project is the professional development and labour market integration of NEETs from Constanta county through a targeted and integrated intervention, thus promoting inclusive, sustainable and quality employment and contributing to the reduction of social inequalities. The general objective of the project is to support sustainable integration in the labour market and sustainable employment for NEETs by ensuring an integrated intervention focused on increasing employment and improving the level of competence for 1051 NEETs in Constanta county, until the end of the project with the following targets: all 1051 NEETs registered at AJOFM – of which 116 Roma and 221 from rural areas – benefit from support for increasing skills and employment, with 790 young NEETs medium, hard and very difficult to occupy gaining a higher level of qualification, with 463 NEETs being reintegrated into the labour market and 36 easy-occupied NEETs starting an independent activity. The general objective of the project, i.e. the entire project, will contribute to Specific Objective 1.1. by providing 463 unemployed NEETs with residency in the South East region and to specific objective 1.2 through 790 young unemployed NEETs with residency in the pre-mentioned region with an improved level of skills. The project will promote sustainable and quality employment and support for mobility in work (Thematic Objective 08), the integrated intervention proposed by the partnership with both information and promotion components, as well as professional training and mediation components focused on the needs of the target group, as well as a strong sustainability component that will involve the transfer of acquired knowledge, methodologies and good practices to the responsible AJOFM and support the improvement of the program of insertion into the labor market of NEETs. Also, through the proposed target group, the planned and financing activities will ensure direct correlation with 8.ii investment priority, ensuring sustainable integration into the labour market of NEETs unemployed and long-term unemployed, including Roma and rural youth. Last but not least, the project will contribute to the expected results of the call, by increasing the employment of NEETs registered at SPO with residence in the South East region with 463 people and by increasing the number of NEETs registered at SPO with residency in the South East region with skills improved by 790 people.
