The general objective of the project is to strengthen and develop 9 partnerships with employers to support and develop professional competences and skills for a period of 24 months of 284 students from the economic fields and public administration in the transition process from the educational environment to the labour market through an integrated, intensive and coherent system of counseling and professional guidance services, organising practical training internships, 63 of them in entities active in areas of intelligent specialisation, workshops and study visits in order to facilitate the insertion of 106 students on the labour market. The main goal of the project is to increase the participation rate of students from tertiary education in work-based learning programs, through the participation of 284 students registered at the University of Bucharest, Faculty of Administration and Business, as well as in other faculties with an economic profile and public administration, in optimised educational activities, focused on training and development of professional and transversal skills required on the labour market. such as practical training internships and career counselling and guidance sessions, personal development workshops and study visits, participation in an innovative entrepreneurship program “Sham enterprise”, activities that are implemented in the framework of sustainable partnerships with the private sector, including entities from the economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to NCNS and in the fields of intelligent specialisation according to SNCDI. All these are designed to develop the professional and transversal skills required on the labour market, including for disadvantaged categories of people and to ensure the facilitation of the insertion on the labour market of graduates of third-party studies in their transition from education to work. At the same time, institutional sustainability, as well as educational programs, will be ensured by disseminating, transferring and capitalising on the best practices developed within the project at local and regional level by creating a coordinated information system between the private sector/employers and academia, in order to meet the current and future needs of the labour market.
