The general objective of the project is to increase the employment of NEETs, unemployed persons aged 16-29, registered at the SPO, residing/residence in the weaker developed regions South West Oltenia, South-Muntenia and South East, by including 1052 NEETs of which 421 women, 107 young Roma NEETs, 212 NEETs with residence/residence in the countryside, in integrated programs of professional guidance counselling and labor mediation, training and development of professional competences required on the labour market, including through assessment and certification of professional competences acquired through informal and non-formal ways, through entrepreneurial development and self-employment. A total of 843 unemployed participants representing 80 % of GT participate in the intervention supported by ILMT until the end of the project, the project proposes a series of measures of information, awareness and intervention at the level of a NEET in order to help him integrate/reintegrate in the labour market through a personalised pathway at his level of education, knowledge and professional skills that will allow him to improve his professional training and find a job. The objective of the project contributes directly to the POCU major objective of promoting sustainable and quality employment and supporting labour mobility, investment priority 8.ii: “Sustainable integration into the labour market of young people, in particular those not in employment, education or training, including young people at risk of social exclusion and young people from marginalised communities, including through the implementation of the "Youth Guarantee", priority axis 1 "Youth Employment Initiative”. Through the proposed activities, measures and interventions, the project will contribute to the specific objective 1.1, supporting the development of human resources by increasing the employment of 453 young people aged between 16-29 years, unemployed persons registered at the SPO, who obtain a job, of which 122 long-term unemployed persons and specific objective 1.2 by improving the level of competence for 606 young people of which 550 young people through vocational qualification courses and 56 through entrepreneurial skills courses, 36 young people will start an independent activity, by assessing and certifying professional skills acquired on other than formal paths for 100 young people. By selecting 107 young people belonging to the Roma minority and 212 young people living in rural areas in the TG, a number of 317 unemployed young people from hard and difficult to occupy categories, 246 long-term unemployed persons, by organising training courses appropriate to the level of education of young people from GT (from primary education to university studies) and employers’ requirements, the project contributes to the integration into society and the labour market of young people at risk of e
