Reducing the number of people belonging to the marginalised community in Simian commune, at risk of poverty and social exclusion, by implementing integrated interventions of employment, education, training, social assistance, in the context of CLLD mechanism. Through its general and specific objectives, the project contributes to the achievement of the major objective of POCU 2014-2020 which aims to develop human resources by increasing access to an education system for 60 students in the community and quality vocational training (170 adults), entrepreneurship, reducing poverty and social exclusion by facilitating access to social services 255 people, the project aiming to reduce excessive poverty in marginalised communities through measures of employment, education and training, social assistance, as well as any other measures designed to help these social categories. Through the integrated interventions it promotes, the project contributes to the achievement of specific objective 5.2. (AP5, OT9, PI9vi, OS 5.2) involving the removal from poverty and social exclusion of marginalised communities in the rural area with a population below 20,000 inhabitants correlated with the requirements of the CLLD mechanism, communities for which Local Development Strategies have been developed and approved through the RDP Axis LEADER. The initiatives proposed within the Local Strategies submitted and approved projects aimed at solving local problems of a social nature continued through this project. The long-term positive effects generated by the project for the community where the interventions will take place are related to integrated measures of education, training, employment, entrepreneurship, quality social services and, last but not least, improving living conditions and awareness of the problems faced by the marginalised population (discrimination, poverty, social exclusion) in order to solve them. All the steps will lead to the removal from the poverty of a considerable group of people living in marginalisation conditions. Some of them will find jobs or become occupied on their own, thus exiting the situation of social assistance.
