The general objective of the project is to promote social inclusion, combat poverty and discrimination for people at risk of poverty or social exclusion in Ileanda, Sălaj county. The measures needed to achieve the general objective are recommended by the analysis of the social and economic needs and relate to integrated measures targeting both the adult population and children in Ileanda and the Roma community of the locality, consisting of: employment services including counselling/guidance/mediation and training; information and counselling activities through social service that will develop and license within the project; legal assistance for the regulation of identity, property, civil status documents and, last but not least, activities to combat discrimination and promote multiculturalism. The general objective of the project is in line with the local development strategy LAG Valea Someșului, responding to the needs identified through the SWOT analysis, namely: development of basic infrastructure and services for the local population; stimulating local development; creating jobs and reducing poverty and the risk of social exclusion. The project will implement and provide integrated activities to the target group, focused on the needs of people in situations of poverty or social exclusion in Ileanda, including the Roma community on the streets: Deer, str. Avram Iancu, str. Simion Bărnuțiu, str. Crângului, str. You're making it, str. Spring, Salaj county, which contributes to the achievement of objective 5.2 of POCU 2014-2020 and will generate positive long-term effects, contributing directly to the achievement of project indicators and targets, taking into account the financial, human and material resources of the project, by implementing the following activities in the fields of: social assistance through the provision of social services to at least 252 people. At least 10 % of the beneficiaries of the social service will be Roma; employment in the internal labour market, through the provision of specialised and authorised vocational information and counselling services, labour market mediation and vocational training for at least 136 people of whom at least 36 % will be women (i.e. 49 persons). Following the provision of support, at least 26 % of the 136 people will have a job and 116 people will acquire a qualification upon leaving (of which at least 10 % will be Roma). legal assistance for the regulation of identity, property, civil status, benefits and social benefits; — combating discrimination or segregation by promoting multiculturalism, for a total of 252 people from the target group.
