Increasing the employment rate of 450 NEETs from the N-E region through vocational training, mediation, employment and entrepreneurship services. The goal of the project is that through the activities carried out to contribute to increasing the number of NEETs who will come out of this category by obtaining qualifications, finding a job, or starting a business on their own. Through the mediation and entrepreneurship actions carried out by 450 and 60 persons respectively, the aim is to increase the employment rate of NEETs, which corresponds to Specific Objective 2.1, Axis 2 of POCU, and through the organisation of 26 training groups, the aim is to improve the level of competence for 351 graduates, which corresponds to the specific objective 2.2, Axis 2 of POCU. These targets will be achieved by implementing activities A3 – training, A4-mediation and employment and A5 entrepreneurship. The project also aims to increase the number of NEETs registered with the SPO by identifying 150 persons who fall within the NEETs category, have not yet been registered and profiled by the SPO, an action that will be carried out through support activity A 2.1. Through the results obtained during these activities, we will contribute to improving the situation of NEETs, namely to reduce this category of unemployment and increase the employment level with long-term positive effects on these people and the labour market in the N-E region.
