The general objective of the project is to implement integrated measures focused on the needs of the communities in order to increase social inclusion, increase access and participation in education, increase employment capacity and reduce the risk of poverty and social exclusion of the target group of 252 persons involved in the implementation period, from the marginalised community Baia Sprie: Str. George Cosbuc, Str. Decebal, Str. Ignis, Str. Montana, sit down. Tautii de Sus: Str. Gordan, Str. Forestier, Maramureș County, in the territory of the Mara-Natur Microregional Association in Baia Sprie which is part of the territory of the Mara Natur LAG. The project aims to achieve combined activities, focused on the needs of the marginalised community in Baia Sprie City: Str. George Cosbuc, Str. Decebal, Str. Ignis, Str. Montana, sit down. Tautii de Sus: Str. Gordan, Str. Forestier, Maramureș County, in the territory of the Mara-Natur Microregional Association in Baia Sprie, which is part of the Mara Natur LAG territory, which contributes to the achievement of objective 5.2 of POCU 2014-2020 and will generate long-term positive effects, contributing directly to the achievement of project indicators and targets, taking into account the financial, human and material resources of the project, by implementing the following activities in areas such as: social services for 252 people, from the marginalised family/household community, of which at least 16 Roma (representing 6 % of the target group); education through the School Programme after school for a minimum of 16 beneficiaries selected from vulnerable groups targeted by the project; employment, through support measures for finding a job – information and professional counselling, mediation on the labour market for 136 persons (representing 53.97 % of the target group, of which 49 women represent 36 % of the number of people benefiting from employment measures), and 36 persons will have a job, including those who are self-employed, upon leaving the capacity of participant (i.e. 26 % of the number of people who benefit from employment measures); — professional training by organising training courses in IT skills/digital skills to use information technology as a learning and knowledge tool for 136 people who benefit from employment measures out of which 116 will acquire a qualification to cease the quality of participant (minimum 85 % of the number of people benefitting from employment measures), i.e. at least 7 Roma (6 % of the number of people gaining a qualification upon leaving the status of participant); measures in the field of combating discrimination or segregation by promoting multiculturalism, for a number of 252 people in the target group. The overall objective of the project is in line with the Strategy of
