The general objective of the project is to promote sustainable and quality employment and support labour mobility by facilitating access to qualification and employment, including entrepreneurship and self-employment for 1051 NEETs. The aim of the project is to support the sustainable integration into the labour market of NEETs (ILMT), especially those who are not in employment, education or training, including young people at risk of social exclusion and young people from marginalised communities, with a focus on rural NEETs and those belonging to the Roma minority. The project will aim to increase employment and social inclusion, prevent exclusion from the labour market and support the integration into work of NEETs from the South-East region (county. Vrancea and Buzau) are in a disadvantaged situation in terms of access to training and employment. At the same time, continuous vocational training and entrepreneurship will be promoted, as factors of integration in the labour market and society of people who encounter difficulties in employment (young NEETs). The project will contribute to the employment and social integration of 1051 NEETs, starting from an accurate assessment of the labour market and employment opportunities, in order to increase the quality of life of each NEETs and in each community. NEETs integrated on the labour market contribute to the development of local communities through participation in social and economic activities, facilitating access to community resources and services. In view of the general objective, the project subscribes to the thematic objective pursued under this call for projects (OT8: Promoting sustainable and quality employment and supporting labour mobility). The project is also part of Priority Axis 1 – Youth Employment Initiative, 8.ii Investment Priority – Sustainable labour market integration of young people (ILMT), especially those not in employment, education or training, including young people at risk of social exclusion and young people from marginalised communities, including through the implementation of the Youth Guarantee and OS 1.1 Increasing the employment of unemployed NEETs aged 16-29, register with the Public Employment Service, with residency in the eligible regions, namely OS 1.2 – Improvement of the level of competence, including by assessing and certifying the skills acquired in non-formal and informal system of NEETs unemployed aged 16-29 years, registered with the Public Employment Service, with residency in eligible regions.
