The general objective of the project aims to increase the level of competence and employability of students, especially in economic sectors with competitive potential, by creating and strengthening partnerships with the private sector as well as by participating students in internships and in integration activities to adapt to the labour market. Through the general objective and specific objectives, the project contributes to the achievement of the objectives of the Human Capital Operational Programme 2014-2020, as follows: — Specific objective 6.13 Increase the number of university and non-university tertiary graduates finding a job as a result of access to learning activities to a potential job/research/innovation, with a focus on economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to CNS and areas of smart specialisation according to SNCDI: • concluding and consolidating the partnerships with the private sector, realised within the A4 activity, contributes to creating the general framework for developing work-based learning programs and facilitating the finding of jobs by students. • the inclusion in the project of some job fairs, on the occasion of the premieres of the best students, has the role of facilitating the finding of jobs by students – A5 activity • by carrying out internships within the A5 activity, with a focus on competitive fields, the students will be better trained, possessing both theoretical knowledge and practical skills, which they will need in the workplaces. • Conducting counselling and career guidance programs within the A6 activity will help to facilitate the finding of jobs by students, helping them to make the best decisions for career development. • within the A8 activity the participating students will acquire entrepreneurial skills through simulated enterprises. This information and new skills will be of use to all students in gaining basic knowledge in this field, some of them can then take the initiative of setting up private enterprises, having various forms of organisation. Given that a job can also refer to the situation of setting up PFAs, individual or family enterprises, the performance of this activity also contributes to the achievement of the specific objective of the call. Investment priority 10.iv: Increasing the labour market relevance of education and training systems, facilitating the transition from education to the labour market and strengthening training and training systems and their quality, including through skills anticipation mechanisms, curricula adaptation and the establishment and development of work-based learning systems, including dual and progra learning systems
