General objective of the project: Increasing participation in lifelong learning, equal access to CVT programs for all age groups in a formal, non-formal or informal setting, counseling and professional guidance, updating knowledge, skills, skills, skills, skills, promoting flexible and modern learning paths. The project will contribute to the achievement of the specific objective of the program and call, facilitating employees, in conditions of non-discrimination and gender equality and chances, participation in IPV programs linked to the labour market and creating optimal conditions for long-term economic growth, through: — professional counseling and tutoring services, career development and job search for 660 people employed in 7 counties related to North East and North West regions (Iasi, Suceava, Botosani, Vaslui, Maramures, Cluj, Salaj); improvement of basic and transversal skills, both professional and non-professional, as well as entrepreneurial skills for 640 persons employed in CVT programs (34 authorised NCA courses and 9 informal courses/training); — integrated and flexible services aimed at assessing, recognising and validating the learning outcomes acquired in non-formal and informal contexts for 20 persons employed; — informing and raising awareness of at least 700 adults regarding the importance of participation in CVT programs, respectively of Lifelong Learning, for training and professional evolution; — improving the quality of continuous professional training services and increasing the relevance of education and training systems to the labour market. Implementation of the project activities, through the results assumed: 4S110-528 pers (80 %); 4S111-383 pers (58 %); 4S112-66 pers (10 %); 4S114-660 pers (4S114.1-50 pers; 4S114.2-50 pers and 4S114.3-100 pers., will lead to the achievement of specific objective 6.12: Increasing participation in continuous vocational training programs, with a focus on those adults, with a low level of qualification and people over 40 years old, from disadvantaged rural areas, including by recognising and certifying the learning outcomes acquired in non-formal and informal contexts, subscribing to the line POCU 2014-2020, Priority Axis 6 – Education and Competences; Investment priority – 10.iii. Improving equal access to lifelong learning for all age groups in a formal, non-formal or informal setting, updating the knowledge, skills and competences of the workforce and promoting flexible learning pathways, including through professional guidance and validation of acquired skills.
