The general objective of the project is the preparation of R & D-innovation and technology transfer projects from smart specialisation fields, which also have infrastructure components, which can be financed from external non-reimbursable funds granted during the 2021-2027 programming period, within the Cohesion Policy, at the level of the West Region. This project aims to strengthen the capacity of beneficiaries to prepare and implement EISF-funded projects in the field of smart specialisation in West Region.
