The general objective of the project is the modernisation of the 20 kV LEA axis Moflesti-Melinesti and the axis of the 20 kV Fratostita and Pojaru derivatives in order to increase the distribution capacity for power takeover by photovoltaic power plants (CEF). These medium-voltage electrical installations have as main function the distribution of electricity to consumers in the area and the removal of electricity from photovoltaic power plants connected in these lines. The realisation of the project to modernise the LEA 20 kV Moflesti – Melinesti axis and the Fratostita and Pojaru derivatives will lead to the achievement of the mandatory indicator at the level of the 2S54 project and the modernisation of the 110/20 kV Moflesti transformer station from which the 20 kV lines are fed. Also, the modernisation of the LEA overhead power line of medium voltage 20 kV will lead to the achievement of the additional indicator, the modernisation of 46.8 km medium voltage power lines. Regarding the result indicator of LIOP 2S53 – Gross production of primary energy from less exploited renewable sources, the contribution of the project in relative values is 0 %. Within this call, projects that do not contribute directly to the LIOP result indicator are financed, as the allocated funding does not significantly influence the indicator. The achievement of the general objective can be achieved only by setting specific measurable, realistic and achievable objectives that will be pursued throughout the project implementation period.
