The general objective of the project is to support innovation and increase the productivity of ARS INDUSTRIAL by creating a complex innovative product and innovative services based on this product. The project aims to create an open innovative platform (OPEN DATA – OPEN PLATFORM) for centralised multi-level management at public or private administration level (PAIR – AI – Platform for Intelligent Management of Resources Based on Artificial Intelligence) which aims to increase the economic competitiveness of the society. The added value of the project is highlighted by the following elements: 1. Scientific added value of the project: Implementation of innovative AI processing techniques (machine learning) over an IOT platform capable of obtaining, interoperating, interacting and storing information, geo-referencing, identification, status, competitiveness, analysis and intelligent reporting, by using flexible and uninterrupted virtual systems by installing in a package of processing, storage and security resources (Coud); — Optimising the use of resources by using cloud scalability; The implementation of an OPEN PLATFORM module accessible to any third party involved in developing specific and personalised applications that will be able to directly access the platform’s resources and capabilities; — Encouraging specialists to stay in the country and attract young Romanians specialised in software for sustainable regional development and development of the telecommunications and IT sector. 2. Added value of the project from an economic point of view: improvement of the R & D infrastructure of the applicant as a result of the technological renewals required by the application development and testing activities within the project; — expanding the portfolio of innovative products/services of the applicant; — increasing the economic efficiency of the applicant by keeping the expenses at a rational level, increasing labor productivity, developing a new prototype of software product and expanding the applicant, after completion of the project implementation, in new sectors of activity. 3. The added value of the project for the cluster “Internet of Things” • The results and experience obtained through the implementation of this project by the Beneficiary’s company can be multiplied at the level of the “Internet of Things” cluster, especially as a result of the presentations of the IT application developed through the project within the cluster; cluster members will benefit from free presentations of the platform; • The experience of the cluster members will be incorporated into the implementation and development of the technical solution, as well as in the distribution of the product to the market, the status of the cluster foreseeing among the tasks of the Management Entity: Develop promotion strategies and carry out promotion activities
