“Stop-COVID in the A.S.S.M.B. Hospitals.”

Increase the capacity to manage the COVID-19 health crisis of hospitals providing healthcare to patients tested positive with SARS-CoV-2 virus in phase I and phase II and support hospitals in the administration of ASSMB, by equipping them with equipment, equipment, medical devices and protective materials necessary for the care and treatment of cases of infection with SARS-CoV-2/health crisis management. The general objective of the project contributes to the achievement of the result indicator of the Large Infrastructure Operational Programme, namely the additional capacity of care and treatment of COVID-19 infection cases, but also to the achievement of the immediate achievement indicator, namely the Public Sanitary Unit of Residential Social Assistance equipped for the management of the COVID-19 crisis, by equipping the Clinical Hospital of Nephrology "Dr. Carol Davila" Nephrology Hospital, the Colentina Clinical Hospital, and the Clinical Hospital for Infectious and Tropical Diseases "Dr. Victor Babeş.In equal measure, the general objective of the project is consistent with the specific objective of the call – thus contributing to the specific objective of the COVID-19 crisis. Also, the project’s objective starts from the real needs and needs of the medical system in the current context. The proposed project contributes to the qualitative result indicator of LIOP 2S132 – Appropriate capacity for care and treatment of cases of infection with SARS-CoV-2/health crisis management: Before the LIOP intervention: NO; After the LIOP intervention: YEAH, YEAH, YEAH. As regards how the project contributes to the programme result indicator: Adequate capacity to care and treat cases of COVID-19 infection, we would point out that the proposed project will contribute to this indicator by equipping protective equipment and medical equipment that will be used directly both for the prevention of infection and in the treatment of COVID-19 infection, thus improving the care and treatment capacity of patients. In order to respond in a timely and efficient manner to the COVID-19 crisis, the project aims to reimburse the expenses incurred for the treatment, diagnosis, prevention of Covid-19 infection, as well as the development of response capacity in crisis situations. The project has positive effects by equipping the 3 hospitals with equipment, medical devices and devices, as well as protective materials necessary for the treatment of patients infected with COVID-19, in the sense in which it will be developed including the professional potential of the human resources involved.
