The general objective of the project is to equip Bistrita County Emergency Hospital with medical equipment and equipment, medical and medical protection devices, equipment for decontamination and triage support, necessary for the treatment of patients with COVID-19 infection and for the management of the emergency situation caused by the COVID crisis – 19 at county hospital level. The present project aims at the proper endowment of Bistrita County Emergency Hospital, designated hospital support for positively tested or suspect patients with SARS CoV-2, according to Order No.555/2020 of the Minister of Health, with specialised medical devices and devices, to ensure the timely and effective response of the public medical system to the COVID crisis – 19 as well as the achievement of the result indicator of the program – Additional capacity for care and treatment of COVID-19 infection cases. The project will contribute to the achievement of programme indicator 2S132 Appropriate capacity for care and treatment of cases of infection with SARS-CoV-2/health crisis management, by achieving the proposed objective of equipping and equipping the hospital with medical equipment and equipment, medical and protective devices, equipment for decontamination and support triage, necessary for the detection and treatment of COVID-19 patients and for the management of the COVID crisis emergency – 19. Indicator 2S132 has the values: Before the LIOP intervention: Not after the LIOP intervention. By equipping protective equipment and medical equipment that will be used directly both for the prevention of infection and in the treatment of COVID-19 infection, the care and treatment capacity of patients will be improved. At present the intervention capacity is limited due to insufficient medical and protective equipment but will be improved after the implementation of the Project.
