Increase the capacity to manage the COVID-19 health crisis in Gorj County. Intervention capacity Currently, by Order No 1343/2020 Pneumoftiziology Hospital “Tudor Vladimirescu”, Runcu commune, Gorj County, was introduced a support hospital for patients tested positively or suspects with SARS-CoV-2 virus with 65 beds. The medical equipment, which is the subject of this funding application, will be used directly for the accurate real-time diagnosis of inpatient patients, the performance of a higher number of quality medical analyses in the same time unit and the reduction of hospitalisation and related expenses, thus improving the care and treatment capacity of patients in Gorj County, the project "Strengthening the capacity to manage the COVID-19 health crisis at the level of the Pneumophtsiology Hospital"Tudor Vladimirescu", Gorj County', thus contributing to the LIOP result indicator 2S132 – Appropriate care and treatment of cases of infection with SARS-CoV-2/health crisis management. The indicator is qualitative: Before the LIOP intervention: NO; After the LIOP intervention: Yes The CT scan computer – 1 pcs. will be used in the correct and rapid diagnosis of processes and changes for which other investigations (Rgf. PULM., FBS.) are not sufficient, given that SARS-COV-2 infection produces a very aggressive respiratory pathology with high decompensation potential and the fact that COVID-19 disease affects people in different ways, most of them developing mild or medium forms of disease. Equipping the health unit with the CT medical device will ensure the rapid and correct diagnosis by significantly shortening the time before the initiation of appropriate therapy. Please note that the medical unit doesn't have a C.T. computer. Monitors vital functions with mobile support – 6 pcs. are necessary for real-time health monitoring of hospitalised, suspected or confirmed patients with SARS-COV-2 infection, respecting the appropriate distance from them, considering that respiratory pathology is with high potential for decompensation. There is currently one equipment in each section, which is insufficient to ensure a safe quality medical act. Oxygen therapy devices – 30 pcs. needed for O2 therapy. As a hospital with a pneumology profile (respiratory diseases) in conjunction with the current pandemic SARS-COV-2 situation, inpatient patients have acute and chronic respiratory pathology with frequent disabling that requires O2 therapy most of the time throughout the admission period. The healthcare facility does not have an O2 facility, it has 30 concentrators that do not provide the necessary equipment for patient therapy in the current epidemiological context. Prot equipment
