The establishment of UVP MediPark as a top national and international centre for applied research, development and transfer of its results into practice in the field of medicine. The purpose of the establishment of UVP is to ensure effective and long-term cooperation between the applicant and academic partners on the one hand and industrial partners on the other. The establishment of UVP will take into account experience in the construction and scientific management of similar scientific infrastructures within the other countries of the European Union, which have 15-20 years of experience in this type of management of scientific assets with an emphasis on practical outputs for practice. As part of the present project, the technology foresight process will also be carried out with the assistance of external consulting services, which will allow to evaluate the direction and, if necessary, modify the R & D content at the level of individual CORE programmes in the process of project implementation. This means that the defined CORE programmes at MediPark level in their basic names will remain unchanged, but it will be possible to change the direction of individual partial research tasks within them according to current results, needs and external factors.
