The main objective of the project is to increase the competitiveness of the company through the introduction and use of the latest advanced innovative technology, thereby bringing new products to the market through new innovative production processes. By fulfilling this goal, there will be a significant shift in the company’s production capabilities, innovative advanced technology will allow the introduction of a new production range, effectively meet demand from customers and customers. The subject of the project is an automatic technology line designed to improve the quality of carbon black. Process innovation in relation to the submitted projektu:Samotný the technological process of carbon material modification consisting of a specially designed compact system of devices will be completely new on the Slovak market. While the process of thermal treatment of materials originating from non-renewable sources and the associated release of large carbon dioxide emissions is currently mainly used for the production of carbon black, the applicant plans to introduce a natural resource-friendly production with a particularly important contribution to reducing CO2 emissions. The acquired technology will make it possible to produce a significant quality process, its impact is significant especially in monitoring the quality, efficiency and flexibility of the production activity (progressive technology will allow carbon to be treated in a way that is not used at all in Slovakia). Product innovation in relation to the submitted projektu:Prostredníctvom technology procured as part of the submitted project, the applicant will be able to produce new products that it does not currently produce. It is an innovative product – modified carbon materials with significant added economic and environmental value, which will achieve qualitatively higher parameters compared to the parameters of so-called retort carbon soot obtained by thermal treatment of materials from non-renewable sources labelled N 330 and others. The carbon material produced has a wide range of applications depending on input parameters and process settings, especially in chemical, rubber and automotive priemysle:pneumatiky and industrial rubber products (basic rubber filler – soles, souls, buds, conveyor belts and in many other applications)plastics (pigment in the manufacture, dyeing of plastics) toners and printing inks (production of toner fillings, colour concentrates, etc.)anode and electrode matter (aluminium production)
