The project is surviving to build and strengthen analytical capacities in the Justice Department. Quality human resources are a key prerequisite for effective quality public policy making. The analytical centre requires a team of specialists, mainly with legal and economic education, who control the issues of the relevant sector at the level of the economic policy maker and their task is to analyse the proposed measures, their monitoring and evaluation. The project will be implemented in two activities, which are connected and will run in parallel.
